We accept Glass Print Orders in office delivery only.

You are most welcome, Follow the simple steps to place an order with us.

Select

Select or choose your desired image (JPEG, PNG, PSD). Print quality depends on the image quality. Contact us for image selection or design.

Mail

Send your selected image along with the measurements to be printed. let us also know the material on which you need the print.
( Acrylic, Glass, Wall Paper, Foam Board, Wood) You can find the Sizes & Prices here.

Pay

We will send a confirmation mail regarding your order. Please send your payment regarding the selected order through UPI or Bank transfer. We will confirm the receipt by mailing it to you.

Most of the orders are customised hence we are not offering cash on delivery(COD). All orders are prepaid.

Priview

After confirming your payment receipt we will design your work and send a copy to you. You can suggest any modifications are update the same within the given time to you.

Print

After successful completion of edit process, we will print the selected design which was sent through preview confirmation mail.

Deliver

Once the order gets printed we will pack it safely and courier it to you. We will send a detailed mail regarding the dispatch of your order.

In Office

You can directly place an order by visiting our office. You are always welcome.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we receive preview confirmation mail from you we initiate the print process. We will not take any cancellation requests because most of the orders are customised.

Can I get a replacement for my order?

We offer easy replacement only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied orders. We reserve the right to offer you any one the below mentioned options:

 We will send a replacement order once the customer returns the damaged orders.

 We will refund the amount only in the case where We cannot offer a replacement.

The refund will be the same payment method which is used for the order, which will not include the handling charges and taxes.

What do I do if the order I received is damaged?

You should check all prints you receive against your order. If the prints you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, you must inform us through mail or whatsapp within 24 hrs of receipt of the items.

Applicability of Replacement Policy:
uvprints.in will accept Replacement or Exchange only if the following conditions are met:

 Replacement request should be initiated within 24 hrs of order delivery.

 Customer should inform us that the orders are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied within 24 hrs of order delivery.

 A photograph of the order along with the packaging should be emailed to return@uvprints.in or whatsapp within 24 hrs of order delivery.

 The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

 The package should be returned immediately after informing.

 The order should be unused and in an undamaged condition if incorrectly supplied.

How can I return items?

Please courier your return package to the below mentioned address and retain your courier slip.

How long do I have to return an order?

The orders to be returned along with the original packaging. The package should be returned immediately after informing.

Reimbursement of shipping charges for returns

The courier charge will be refunded only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied orders. To claim refund for the courier charges please follow the below steps:

uvprints.in will notify you when we've received your return package. The courier charge will be refunded only once we receive the package and the same has gone successfully through our quality check.
