Select your desired image (JPEG, PNG, PSD). Print quality depends on the image quality. Contact us for image selection or design.
Send your selected image along with the measurements to be printed. let us also know the material on which you need the print. ( Acrylic or Glass).
We will send a confirmation message (whatsapp) regarding your order. Please make your payment regarding the selected order through UPI or Bank transfer. We will confirm the receipt by sending it (whatsapp) to you.
Most of the orders are customised hence we are not offering cash on delivery(COD). All orders are prepaid.
Post confirming your payment receipt, we design your work and send (whatsapp) a copy to you. You can suggest any modifications are update the same within the given time to you.
Post successful completion of edit process, we will print the selected design which was sent through preview confirmation message(whatsapp).
Once the order gets printed we pack it safely and courier it to you. We will send a detailed message(whatsapp) regarding the dispatch of your order. (Currently we are processing in office delivery orders only.)
NO WORRIES, Few Things to remember while returning your order.
Once we receive preview confirmation message(whatsapp) from you we initiate the print process. We will not take any cancellation requests because most of the orders are customised.
We offer easy replacement only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied orders.
We reserve the right to offer you any one the below mentioned options:
We will send a replacement order once the customer returns the damaged orders.
We will refund the amount only in the case where We cannot offer a replacement.
The refund will be the same payment method which is used for the order, which will not include the handling charges and taxes.
You should check all prints you receive against your order. If the prints you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery, you must inform us through whatsapp within 24 hrs of receipt of the items.
Applicability of Replacement Policy:
uvprints.in will accept Replacement or Exchange only if the following conditions are met:
Replacement request should be initiated within 24 hrs of order delivery.
Customer should inform us that the orders are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied within 24 hrs of order delivery.
A photograph of the order along with the packaging should be sent to our whatsapp within 24 hrs of order delivery.
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
The package should be returned immediately after informing.
The order should be unused and in an undamaged condition if incorrectly supplied.
